  • With over 20 years of yoga practice and more than a decade of teaching experience (both on land and in water), I am passionate about guiding others on their journey of self-discovery and healing.

Yoga and meditation have been my anchors, helping me stay grounded and focused on what truly matters. My personal practice is rooted in opening the subtle body, cultivating compassion—for myself and others—and expanding my capacity for presence and joy.

My teaching style draws inspiration from classic hatha yoga, Tibetan Heart Yoga, and functional yoga practices. Rooted in the Kriya Yoga, Mahayana, and Gelugpa traditions, I feel immense gratitude for my teachers and the wisdom they have shared with me.
