Aqua Yoga Women’s Retreat

Santa Rosa, California

August 29-September 2, 2027

Imagine a few days away from your usual responsibilities and routines. Days filled with warm water, gentle movement, laughter, meaningful connections, and plenty of time to simply relax.

Welcome to our Women's Aqua Yoga Retreat in beautiful Santa Rosa, California!

This isn't your typical yoga retreat. There's no pressure to keep up, no packed schedule, and no expectation that you need to be a certain age, size, or level of fitness to belong.

Just a welcoming community of women coming together to enjoy Aqua Yoga, sunshine, relaxation, and a little adventure.

Come as you are. Make the experience your own. Leave feeling refreshed, connected, and inspired.

A Retreat That Feels Like a Vacation

Sometimes the most nourishing thing we can do is step away from our everyday routines and give ourselves permission to slow down.

Our retreat offers a relaxed, easygoing schedule with just the right balance of guided activities and free time.

Enjoy two Aqua Yoga classes each day, soak up the California sunshine, join a fun group outing, or simply lounge by the pool with a good book.

Want to spend an afternoon resting in your room? Wonderful! Feel like connecting with other women over a meal or exploring Santa Rosa? There's room for that, too.

This is your retreat, and you're encouraged to enjoy it in whatever way feels most nourishing to you.

Aqua Yoga for Every Body

You don't need to be flexible, experienced in yoga, or even know how to swim to enjoy this retreat.

Our Aqua Yoga classes are gentle, accessible, and welcoming to beginners. The supportive environment of the water makes movement feel more comfortable and enjoyable, especially for women who may not feel at ease in a traditional yoga setting.

Whether you're new to Aqua Yoga or have been practicing for years, you'll be encouraged to listen to your body, move at your own pace, and discover what feels good.

There's no competition, no complicated poses to master, and absolutely no need to prove anything.

Just the simple pleasure of moving, breathing, and relaxing in the water.

A Special Invitation to Aqua Yoga Teachers

If you're an Aqua Yoga teacher, this retreat is also a wonderful opportunity to fill your own cup!

Step away from leading classes and enjoy being a student again. Experience different approaches to Aqua Yoga, discover fresh ideas for your classes, and connect with other women who share your love of teaching in the water.

Share stories, exchange ideas, find inspiration, and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow teachers.

And perhaps most importantly, give yourself permission to rest and receive.

You spend so much time supporting others. This is an opportunity to nourish yourself.

Friendship, Laughter & Community

One of the most memorable parts of our retreats is the wonderful community that forms.

There's something special about bringing together women from different backgrounds and walks of life to share a few days of movement, laughter, relaxation, and connection.

Some women arrive with friends. Others come on their own and leave with new ones.

Our gatherings are casual, warm, and inclusive. Whether you're naturally outgoing or a little more reserved, you're welcome just as you are.

Expect plenty of laughter, heartfelt conversations, and the simple joy of spending time with other women.

A joyful getaway filled with Aqua Yoga, sunshine, friendship, and time just for you.

Simple, Comfortable & Easygoing

We've intentionally kept this retreat simple and relaxed.

With private accommodations, accessible room options, and convenient access to the airport, we hope to make your getaway as comfortable and easy to plan as possible.

This isn't about luxury or elaborate schedules. It's about enjoying the things that matter most: feeling comfortable, moving your body, connecting with others, and having time for yourself.
