Weekly Yoga Classes:

Katherine specializes in beginners, hatha, hatha flow, gentle, and chair yoga.

She is currently teaching group yoga classes for Nanaimo Parks and Recreation, “Relax and Renew,” Mondays 9-10 am at Bowen Park Complex.
