  • Empowered and Open Hearted, Aqua Yoga for Better Posture

    60-minute Aqua Yoga class

    Strengthen the upper back, core and legs. Release tension in the chest, hips, and neck.

    Practice with one noodle, in chest-depth water. In a pool with a wall edge, you can hold onto.

  • Aqua Yoga For Awareness: Feet, Legs and Hips

    60-minute Aqua Yoga class.

    Increase strength, length, and awareness in the feet, knees and hips.

    Appropriate for chest-depth water, in a pool with a flat floor, with a bar or edges that you can easily hold onto.

    Water temp: 86 F+

  • Breath and Balance Flow Download

    60-minute guided Aqua Yoga practice.

    This class includes balancing poses like Eagle Pose, fun flows, neck, and shoulder work.

    Appropriate for chest depth water, temp:

    86 F +.

  • Release Hip Stagnation Download (Short and Sweet)

    20-minute guided Aqua Yoga practice.

    Got tight and or weak hips? Do you have to sit for long periods? This sequence supports hip strength and mobility.

    Appropriate for a pool with chest-depth water and temperatures:

    86 F+

    Some poses require a pool edge, or bar, or ladder you can hold on to.

  • Beginners Practice Download (Short and Sweet)

    20-minute Aqua Yoga class.

    A simple sequence. Good for seniors and those new to aqua yoga. Enjoy gentle poses that focus on embodiment, breath mobility, balance, and strength.

    Appropriate for a pool with chest-depth water and temperatures:

    85 F+

    Some poses require a pool edge, or bar, or latter you can hold on to.

  • Tall and Strong Aqua Yoga Download (Short and Sweet)

    30-minute Aqua Yoga class.

    Strengthen your core through mindful exploration of the Mountain pose. Gain more balance and strength in and out of the pool and stand in a more upright posture.

    This practice is a good class for those new to Aqua Yoga and those in need of more core, pelvic floor, and glute integration. 

    Appropriate for chest-depth water, ideally with warmer temperatures (87 F or above).

Aqua Yoga For Peace Love and Happiness

  • 23-minute guided aqua yoga flow for people familiar with yoga and fairly comfortable in their bodies.

    This version of the popular YouTube video has no music and very clear audio cues, so it is easy to follow. The video is lower resolution so it can be easily played from a smartphone.
